We stacked the 3rd and 4th courses and tied the
horizontal rebar on the top of the 4th course today.

We completed installing ICF Wall Row 8 and the

We have 80% of ICF Wall Row 9 completed, at
least for this next pour. We will stack the remainder
(garage area) during the last stack. We have all of
the lintels installed above the doors. The lintels
help reinforce the concrete above each of the
doorways.

We installed the ledger that the edge of the
Lite-Deck will rest on once installed. The beams
will go in tomorrow.

We finished installing the Lite-Deck ledger and
some of its supports today. We installed different
vents in the walls and complete the dog door
opening.

We installed the 2x10 beams today that we nailed
together yesterday. We built and installed the
trough that will become the concrete beam down
the middle of the floor. In the end only two metal
columns and the concrete beams (in the ICF walls)
will support the floor.

We installed Lite-Deck onto the bracing today and
cut the areas for the concrete beams for the
mechanical chases. We still need to frame in these
chase before the pour. They will be used for
electrical, plumbing, etc.

We completed 40' of the 18" Concrete beam rebar
today. We had to quit early due to the rain and
cold. We'll finish up later this week.

The weather is crazy here, it changes pretty
quickly. We completed the 18" Concrete Beam
rebar today There is an incredible amount of steel
in it.

We installed the OSB sheathing that will form the
bottom of the 10" concrete beams. We started the
rebar for these forms and will complete them
tomorrow. We also bent and installed 25% of the
floor rebar.

We completed installing the floor rebar, ICF Row 9
on the mid-wall and installed the chase blockouts.
We also completed the prep for the V-Buck
installation and the side ledger on the garage
doors.

Pic 57 - 58 - The V-Buck and ledgers will be
installed just before the pour. The ledger allow the
garage doors to be mounted to the building.

We installed the metal support beams for the
Lite-Deck and attached them to the concrete pads.
We installed the ledger for the interior room and
marked the walls for the deck, carport and interior
stairs ledgers.

We completed all of the rebar for the 10" and 18"
concrete beams and installed 90% of the Lite-Deck
top hats. We cut all of the #5 (5/8") rebar for the
sides of all of the doors.
